Full Planning & Design
For couples who want a single studio responsible for the whole of it. We begin twelve to eighteen months out with the venue search and end the morning after, when the site is returned as we found it. Design is developed as one body of work: the invitation, the table, the light at 8 p.m., the way guests find their rooms. You will meet the same two people throughout.

Partial Planning
For couples who have already secured a venue and perhaps a photographer, and who want a studio to build the design and carry the logistics from there. We join six to ten months out, take over the vendor relationships you have started, and finish them properly.

Wedding Management
For couples who have done the work and want the day itself to be handled by people who do this every week. We join eight weeks out, audit every contract and timeline, and take the phone from you on the Friday. You will not be asked a logistical question again until Monday.

Questions we are asked
Our weddings begin at approximately $150,000 CAD all-in, and most fall between $180,000 and $400,000. Our planning fee is a fixed amount, quoted after our first conversation, and is never a percentage of what you spend.
Twelve. Never more than one on a given weekend, and never more than two in a month.
Yes. Recent destination work includes Hokkaido, the Alentejo and the Isle of Skye. Travel is billed at cost.
We prefer them. Some of our most considered work has been for twenty people.
For Full Planning, twelve to eighteen months. For Wedding Management, a minimum of eight weeks. Summer Saturdays in Whistler and the Okanagan are typically spoken for eighteen months out.
